Philippines: a worsening situation
Despite its potential water storage, Philippines is facing financial and social issues to supply its population: Philippines is in a stage of financial water scarcity, due to privatization policies that had not responded correctly to Filipinos restrains, fraudulent companies that has took advantage of Philippines situation to realize more profits than solve their given problem, and finally the population who has been polluting their source without knowledge or care of the disastrous consequences it engenders.
For now, Philippines has only being lacking water due to financial and social issues. But in further times, privatisation and pollution could destroy even more water supply places, thus decreasing numbers of philippines sources points. If this situation continues, Philippines could lose its water storage capacity, leading to a physical water scarcity.
